Canarsie Resilience Network "Coping with Cold" Educators

Canarsie has many residents that are not prepared for or coping well with the extreme low temperature winder conditions.  The Canarsie Resilience Network is seeking Canarsie residents and and other trainers and educators to help all Canarsie residents live comfortably through winter conditions of 2014.
